Application for Return 
You must apply for a return on our website within 7 working days of receiving the package.

Return Policy
As a policy, we offer returns only in the form of store credit, which is valid for 12 months. We offer returns on all our products barring products on clearance sale, with the following conditions:

One-time Exchange: Returns are limited to once per order. If an order has been returned once, the new item ordered using store credit cannot be returned again.

Store Credit: Refunds for returned items are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
Quality Control: Packages that do not meet these conditions will be rejected during quality control and returned to the customer.

NOTE: Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for returns. 

Return Procedure
To apply for a return, follow these steps:

Raise a Request: Go to our Return Portal and enter your order number and registered email/contact.
Select Items: View all products eligible for return and select the ones you want to return.
Provide Details: Select a reason for return, provide additional remarks, share relevant images, and select store credit as the refund option. For defective or incorrect products, uploading relevant images is mandatory.
Approval Process: It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved or rejected.
Pickup: Once approved, the item will be picked up in 1-3 working days by our courier partner. Please take a picture or video of the product when handing it over to the delivery person as proof for any future disputes.
Handover: Handover only the item the delivery person is there to collect. We are not responsible for any unaccounted items handed over.
Charges and Credits: Reverse pickup charges of INR 150 are borne by the customer for returns. Within 1-2 working days of the package being received, we issue store credit to the customer's email used while placing the order. The store credit amount is calculated by deducting the reverse pickup charge of INR 150 from the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
